The production- and storage area - approx. 60.000 m² - have been completely cleared.
Hydraulical mould tables and 6 hydraulic bridge girders- /
beam moulds (l = approx. 60 m) have been dismantled.
Right after the takeover of the precast factory Elster a reuse of the halls and the area was found. |

On a production surface of approx. 10,000 m², partially two-storied,
3 large plants for the production of walls and ceilings as well as
for bar parts and special parts were disassembled in a professional manner.
A central mixing plant (output 200 m³/h) in the middle of the
production hall posed a big challenge.
In addition, gantry cranes on the in- and outside were dismantled.

The production surfaces comprised approx. 5,500 m², which were equipped with production lines for bar parts, wall elements and special parts. Furthermore, a compact mixing plant with two cement silos was dismantled and loaded.
The cranes with a track gauge of 20 m remained on site.

The production comprised mainly the manufacturing of element ceilings. A pallet rotation plant with drying chamber for 30 pallets and fully-automatic shelf access equipment of man. AVERMANN and an adjusting and cutting line, make PROGRESS, were dismantled. |
